via FoxyTunes So I was cruising through the village a couple of weeks ago and what do I see; a music store!!!
After the shock finally wearied from my body, I went into said store. About an hour later I walked out w/ a brand new "strat type" wood guitar and an Epiphone Studio 15R Practice Amp (which is plenty loud and has reverb) for $150. The guitar was being sold in a box as a "put it together yourself project" but I took the display model which was already put together and the wood finish looked perfect on.
I love it! I can't play drums right now, and I NEED to be playing something. I'm not good on guitar or anything, but it's fun listening to my Winamp Playlist and looking up tabs for songs and being able to jam along w/ some music (even though it's not a real band). It'll get me bye!
Anyway, the guitar looks like some of the $550+ bass guitars I've always loved in Guitar Center.
